came across this issue:
The "Share on Facebook" Button behaves different whether one use it on a freshly created log or one use it when re-viewing the log (the last version should be the correct one).
Here are the details:
1) Write a new log, submit it, the "... found ..." - page appears:
2) At this page, hover over the "Share on Facebook" button, see the link at the bottom:
As one can see, it's something like this:
https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx?ID=17316&lcn=1
The geocaching.com url after u=... leads to the "Create a new log" - page:
3) So clicking the button leads to this facebook share site:
Here just a very common message appears, not the cache name or parts of the log
Now almost repeat the steps like this:
1) Open the listing of the cache one just logged, scroll to the log and click on "View / Edit Log / Images":
2) At this page, hover over the "Share on Facebook" Button, see the link at the bottom:
Notice, it differs from the one above. It seems to directly point to the log's LUID:

3) Now facebooks share page looks correct as it should be IMHO:
I think, the share button should behave similar, whether it is used while entering a new log or editing an existing one. IMHO it should always point to the "LUID", so the "edit" - version should be the right one...
