  1. How so? Physical stages can be as close to each other as you want.
  2. I don't know how this particular CO solved it, but you can easily force a sequence by using the 'Has completed sequence' block.
  3. Don't have a bookmark list, but right now, these are all AR_ caches so far: GC7R1BG,GC7QZPT,GC7R300,GC7QWVZ,GC7QH4Y,GC7R116,GC7QWX6,GC7QZNM,GC7QZFD,GC7QZNE,GC7H2JH,GC7P9V9,GC7QWKD,GC7QVY7,GC7QX96,GC7R0ER,GC7QXWD,GC7QXNJ,GC7PK6X,GC7R1C9,GC7QWAG,GC7QXNZ,GC549PM,GC7QWM0,GC7QZHM,GC7QZKE,GC7R28T,GC7R0CJ,GC7QXCX,GC7R3ND,GC7QZ0E,GC7QYKG,GC7QWX4,GC7K8RE,GC7QXBP,GC7QWDN,GC7R08V,GC7QGCJ,GC7QZPQ,GC7QWGB,GC7QWWJ,GC7QXAR,GC7R4DQ,GC7QV59,GC7R3AE,GC7R1HK,GC7R32M,GC7R053,GC7QY39,GC7R3PJ,GC7R1M1,GC7QQH0,GC7QZ0B,GC7QYV8,GC7QWQ4,GC7R4KW,GC7QYJ4,GC7QZ2P,GC7NG3A,GC7QYRD,GC7FGTM,GC7PXXY,GC7QP0E,GC7QW66
  4. Just noticed HP Reveal seems to be back online.
  5. That does look good! Just had my first Metaverse cache published, but this looks like something to try as well! Metaverse is way too restricted compared to Wherigo.
  6. Just correcting a small typo, it should be TaleBlazer. Going to check that one out too, MetaVerse is a disappointment so far, it's way, way less advanced than anything Wherigo can do.
  7. I live in the Netherlands. Glad to help!
  8. According to Project GC, there are currently 462 cachers with finds in 51 states (which probably includes DC), and another 358 with founds in 50 states. Impressive!
  9. Great. Now how am I supposed to ever complete my event D/T grid?
  10. I can't make anything of its size. 8.5" wide x 8.5" deep x 11.5" tall, what do those double quotes mean?
  11. Good catch. I'm using a timer to loop the (eerie) background music. Haven't thought yet of the cartridge's state when restoring.

    Running timer

How is one supposed to know whether a specific timer is running? In the emulator, there's a timer.Running property available, which works fine. WhereYouGo doesn't support this however. Right now, I'm using a variable that is set to true when the timer is started, but it seems such a stupid solution.
  13. Still, the question is, how are we supposed to add these new features into new cartridges? Having dropped Garmin support for some time now, I'm not that eager to drop iOS support as well. I mean, everybody's got either an Android or iOS device, so supporting just these two platforms ought to serve the market just fine...
  14. Agreed with Ranger Fox. All these WhereYouGo's new features are all good and well, but it should have been the result of some discussion in this right here forum. I've contacted WhereYouGo's author to inform what's his stand in this.
  15. Stupidly (I'm talking to you Groundspeak!), webcam and virtual caches are not eligible for adoption, which doesn't help keeping them alive when the (necessarily longtime) owner doesn't (want to) maintain the cache anymore. Also, the webcams themselves just stop working, which after some time means the end of the companion cache as well. I've seen one webcam cache getting lots of finds WAY after the webcam was dead. And yes, the attached pictures were of course just selfies. Just living proof these are the type of caches people love most. For sure, I do!
  16. For some time now, I've dropped Garmin support. Just sick and tired of the horrible cross-platform compatibility. So it's just Android and iOS for me, and those are by no means smooth rides. The iOS Wherigo app causes me headaches all the time with its quirkiness. For one, it seems to be using a feature-incomplete Lua implementation.
  17. I guess it depends on how large you want your zones to be. If they're, like, 30 by 30 meters, I guess it doesn't really matter. Either way, you can't go wrong with waypoint averaging.
  18. I would like to add that you even get this message when you've only got caches that have been submitted for reviewing, which is of course nonsense, since there wouldn't be anything you can do at that point.
  19. Just reported the same issue here, but on second thought, this just might be a better place to ask. The iPhone Wherigo app doesn't seem to support the lua statements getmetatable and setmetatable. Would it be possible to support them?

    ZoneMover

Just got my hands on an iPhone, and wanted to pick up a half-finished Wherigo project with moving zones. Unfortunately, the iOS Wherigo app doesn't seem to support the setmetatable statement. At least: it gives a popup saying 'setmetatable - Not implemented!' Is there any way to circumvent this issue?
  21. Add me to the list. This is annoying to say the least, and it has been for several months now!
  22. Nice work! You probably know of the Project GC userscript? That has got some brilliant features as well. Maybe it can give you some ideas if you need 'em.
  23. Better ask your question in the specific subforum. I'm with Isonzo though, you need a GPS for Wherigo. Luckily, there are Wherigo apps for both Android and iOS, so if you have a smartphone, you should be fine with one of those.
  24. Wow, was there ever a topic that makes me jealous! Anyway, some posters expressed their worries with possible questioning by foreign police. I would suggest making some sort of brochure with explanation of what geocaching is, in several languages. Just hand it over, and you should be fine! Could be a valuable tool for caching abroad. Maybe a nice collaborative effort? I could help with the Dutch part.
