Jim, what do you mean cachers? It was one cacher you rescued. I was there to watch. I'm crazy but not crazy enough to drive down there. LOL Anyway it makes a great story!

  8. We have that same saying here. The sad part, is that it is true.
  9. In Indiana you have to cache whenever possible, because our weather is so weird. Our seasins change sometimes several times a week. You gotta do what ya gotta do.
  10. I'm just glad someone came up with this. And it hasn't been on all that long. Great things come to those who wait. I bet it can only get better. And lets remember "constructive" criticism is more meaningful than "destructive." It's their show. By the way I really like thanks.
  11. Last night I went caching with my buddy cutter mike in Bedford IN. It was in the single digits and with a wind chill of 0 to -1. At one cache my gloves started to stick to the metal I was touching. That is cold. But we found about 20 in two hours becasue there was no sign of muggles. In fact a local officer who caches cameout to see us because we were the only people out in the town last night. I actually perfer the cold: 1. No Muggles 2. No spiders 3. No bugs 4. Better sat. reception without the leaves 5. Easier to see at night 6. WHY NOT 7. I am addicted, and I am man enough to say it 8. Gives me a reason not to be stuck inside 9. Testing winter gear is fun 10. Irish coffee waiting when I get home to warm upto

  14. I was wondering since it just started to snow here I was wondeing what everyone uses. From dressing for snow to travel and equipment. What are some suggestions?
  15. I thought that too. These are the dim. from the hiders webpage. I have pictures on the BC page and it looks a lot bigger. Who knows?
  16. After during the Mission 12: Blind Canal cache I looked on Team Marwells homepage. He was the one to hide this cache. According to the site it is a 60mm ammo can: 16½" tall by 11" wide by 6" across with Project A.P.E. stampted on it. I hope these sites help. I would love to have all of the caches return. APE Container? Closer I think
  17. Although I never had the pleasure to meet him, I can tell he touched many peoples lives. It is cachers like this that will keep this game alive and allow his spirit to be passed onto new cachers. It is by dying that one awakens to eternal life -- Anonymous
  18. I have never beento this cache. But I am always willing to help a fellow cacher. I am glad you found it.
  19. I hope you get this in time and it is not too far away for you. Sorry it took so long to respond. Landsberg Center Travel Bug Hotel

I really like the site. I am glad that we have enough geocachers in Indiana to have two groups. Thanks for everyones effort to put this together.
