I have been downloading via Firefox for a couple of years last six months on windows 10, however, it now says that windows 10 internet explorer no longer recognises the download, a box appears to advise me that internet explorer has created a shortcut to enable me to download the caches to my GPS, but I cannot find it on my pc or download the information to my GPS. Hi all, I have just got a new pc, can get into my account all right but when I click on a cache to look at the details, I just get a blank page, I have just gone to windows 10 from 8.1, anyone have any ideas on how to get this right?

Mozilla Firefox seems to be the most trouble-free browser along those lines. You can run all the Greasemonkey scripts without Auntie Google saying what you are, and are not, ailowed to do with your own PC.

I have tried all of the above, but still cannot get it to show the geocaches.

Hi, thanks for the info, when I look on my pc and click onto the gps file it is showing as it is there, but when I switch my gps on, it is saying there are none there>

I run windows 8.1 on my laptop and for moths have been able to load cache details via the desktop setting using chrome, tonight it tells me that chrome no longer supports the garmin system, how can I now download to my etrex 20? I HAVE TRIED RELOADING THE GARMIN SYSTEM, BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. HELP URGENTTLY NEEDED kEITHNIPPER49.

I was very sad to read this, as Deceangi, has always from the day I started been most helpful, patient and friendly. He gave me advise on how to hide my first caches, and also how to input the information correctly, I am pleased to say that I was luck enough to meet Deceangi last year, and he is just as friendly and helpful in person. Are you on windows 8? This has been happening to me, had to load google chrome, works off that in desktop mode, it is so annoying come on Garmin get it fixed please.

Hi all, I have an etrex20, which I am happy with, as I have a windows 8 laptop have been running chrome to enable me to download, this morning it did not recognise it, so loaded up Garmin plug ins as requested, Garmin screen says it is there and advises me to upload another plug in, done that, but it is still not recognising that it is there, even though the Garmin system says it is, any advice please. Hi all having lost my previous ertex 20 I have just purchased one from amazon, loaded my toasty maps ok, but when I try to download caches it only gives me the option to download from delorme,if I click on the Garmin , nothing happens, did not have this problem with my old one, any advice would be most welcome. I have gone onto Garmin site and downloaded the requirements but nothing changes, still cannot get past delorme. Thanks Keith

Have been back to site with no luck, have had no reply from cacher who logged same day as me, when I checked log book his name was not on it!!

Hi Yes I emailed him first still awaiting a reply, so annoying, old nipper, is 17 now cannot see but still comes caching with me on the easier finds. I hope I am luckier and someone has found it, so annoying. keithnipper49
