Thanks for the help. I've made progress but there's still something wrong. I selected 5 waypoints but only the first one downloaded, so I went back to the geocaching website and started downloading them one at a time. The second one appended so I had a list of two, but when I downloaded the third one, the first two were gone. I downloaded a fourth one and it showed up, but none of the other three were there. Then I closed everything and opened MapSource, and none were listed. Any ideas?

I got an eTrex Legend C for Christmas and have installed the USB driver and software and connected the GPS unit to the PC via the USB cable. I thought I would be able to download directly to the GPS without having to use 3rd party software, but I don't see how to do that. I've selected the waypoints but nothing seems intuitive from there and the only instructions that came with the GPS deal with installation, not downloading. Help?

I'll be heading to the Houston area next week with a young grandson and would like to break up the trip by stopping along the way to hunt a few caches. Haven't done this before and have no idea how to make a list of caches that would be along my route -- I30 through Arkansas and US59 in Texas. Can anyone give me some hints as to how to go about making a list?
