  1. I'm 13 and I got friends to geocache with me. It's easier than you think to invite them out on a hunt. Start out by only talking to really close friends who u know and trust.

  3. This has been brought up as a topic before. I'm just pointing it out that even though many many people have informed google, they still haven't done anything. Well i guess it does take awhile to fix something this big (It has happened to others too) but really!
  4. Well not way off. It shows up near my old house which was like a half hour away from where the map should center.
  5. when I enter my postal code 14850 into the map section in hide and seek a geocache, it still shows up way off. I AM ANGRY NOW!
  6. I am back from Virginia and I am happy to announce that I have now found a geocache out of my home state! (I found like 6 actually!) Yay! I also found this really cool hard cache (Well my cousin did): http://coord.info/GC26HB8 GEOCACHING IS SO AWESOME!
  7. I had a series that wasn't actually in my yard but involved going through it to get to a trail head. It only got found twice so i archived it.

  11. It doesn't happen all the time around Ithaca but once I went looking for a cool cache called Briar Patch. On the cache page, the owner clearly stated, do not post pictures of the container or hide location. There was one picture of the container and one of the cache location in the image gallery.

I think it's because people feel uncomfortable walking through my backyard to find the trail entrance. It also has two sequels.

  14. I have already skied there. It was long before I knew about geocaching. Best resort ever!
  15. First... it's not archived. It is disabled until the CO can get back to it. There are also several caches on Copper Mountain. Sorry, I just noticed that it hadn't been found in a while.
  16. BTW I know that its a cache thats on a ski hill, i was just wondering if it was a widely used thing or just something that somebody made up. I'm a skier by the way. Thanks guys!
