That would be my idea also, just visible for the CO. Its not the idea for everyone to see that you check it or something. Just an helpful tool for me as owner.

I do take action by first contacting the finder that I can't find on the logpaper and according to the answer I receive, I take further actions. So if necessary, I delete the log. The checkbox for me is more so ,when I retrieved the logbook that is almost full, I can check wich one are on the logbook and on the website. I also read the logs by mail and only check the website when I check it with the logbook.

I am a geocache owner who checks his log books effectively. To make this easier, I think it would be helpful to have a checkbox option on the logs. Now you can already indicate whether you find it a "nice story" or "useful". It does not seem so difficult to me to add an extra item, namely "log checked by owner" or something like that. Then one could simply go through the names on the log one by one and cross out from having checked them on the geocaching site. What do you guys think about this?

You can add caches to a list (my lists) and you can make them public. So Sometimes you see that a cache is on someones list. Very helpful if you wanna do more caches of that type. But is there a way to search for lists? Par example: I wanna do caches with the kids so I wanna search for lists with caches for children.

Only if they choose to do so. You can help them with their choice by mentioning in the listing that this a revised version of an older cache. Like using the same cachename with a "(reloaded)" added to it. OK, that sounds good. I do think they will log it all a second time, just to have one more found on their list

Thanks for all the answers. It is indeed good to read the guidelines, but its also not always clear what it says. Therefore its helpfull to ask it here. If I archive the mysterie and list a new traditional, isn't it a bit stupid for those who found the mysterie? They will find the same cache two times.

Is it possible to transfer a cache you own from a mysterie to a traditional? If yes, How? You can't just chance it.

I use the "findstatsgen3" macro, the "badgen" macro and the "genuploadstats" macro. But I have to do this one by one. Is there a way or a macro to do this all in once?

Als je een Pocket Querie aanmaakt, kan je drie keuzes opgeven i.v.m. de dagen. Ofwel dat hij elke week op die dagen de querie maakt, ofwel één keer en dan niet meer, ofwel dat hij het op die dag van de week maakt en dan de dag "uncheckt". Mijn vraag gaat nu over dat laatste. Als hij de eerste keer die querie heeft gemaakt en de dag uitgedaan heeft, krijg je dan erna nog queries? Wanneer maakt hij deze dan? Ben nog nieuw in de sport, maar het lijkt me handig als hij de querie telkens maakt als er nieuwe caches zijn in de ingegeven querie. mvg Vanzier
