I live in Owingsville Kentucky 1- It's a small town where everyone essentially knows everyone buy nobody bothers you. 2- I have lived here since I was a wee little baby and couldn't ask for a better community to be surrounded by. (it does have it's underbelly so to speak but every place does I guess) 3- It in kentucky...yes I am a bit biast but you have to stay loyal to your state :)I'm within miles of any kind of outdoor activity I could want, hiking at the red river gorge, or cave run lake, and of course the daniel boone national forest.

Well I got some excellent coins today. I would post pics but I do all my forums from my iPhone4. Anyway the list is as follows. All but the geo nut is unactivated. Geo nut coin ( which I love) Geoswag coin and pin club November 2009 coin (beautiful coin) Friends of caching portneuf greenway foundation coin (a beauty also) 2010 butterfly geocoin (stunning coin) Was way more than I expected. But was so excited it was ridiculous. Felt like a little kid again. A big thanks goes out to toojin....I really do appreciate it.

This is a very creative idea. I think you need to clarify whether you will still own the cache and maintain it, with the particular details decided by the coin trader, or will ownership belong to the coin trader (with you maintaining it). They can own the cache or I can own it either way I will maintain the cache and put swag and logs in it. If they want to ow the cache when the log fills I will gladly mail the log to then for their own records. I am open to pretty much anything to keep everyone happy and have the person or persons involved.

I would like to adopt 3 more one for each of my daughters if possible...I only have one to adopt out to whoever would like. if it's possible let me know. They each have their own missions

The state. Live in is Kentucky and well....you name the terrain and weve got it lol. Of course we don't have snow capped mountains or deserts,but most any other type of terrain I can cover. I can do water caches, caches available only by boat...u can pretty much name it.

No I will maintain the cache. I will place it. I will do all the grunt work so to speak lol. You will have to do nothing. That simple.

All I really see there is coin to coin trading. But I'm just getting started. That's why I made this post with what I could offer for a trade. Of course I'd limit it to like 10 just in Case to many people thought it was a cool idea. Edit: spelling

Ok so I have recently decided to start collecting coins...and my funds are extremely limited..I don't want to resort to "begging" so I have a simple idea. It's more or less what I can offer at this point in time. I will offer a trade, if it's feasible or legal in the Groundspeak forums, and wherever else it needs to be, my trade is as follows. I am willing to trade the hiding of a new cache for a geocoin (any coin will be fine as I'm not looking for anything in particular) I will let you name the cache, pick the difficulty rating (within reason lol) of the cache, pick the type of cache, and will dedicate it to whomever or whatever you would like and I will put in the description who the cache was hid for or whatever you'd like. If this is ok with the forum gods then I am open to discussion..any questions feel free to email me or message me here.

I obivoisely missed the date of the original post. The price had changed and all. I really really really loved the coin I saw. Found one on eBay but could not afford it maybe I'll get lucky and save up for one or possibly adopt one or get it in the mail ( sorry wishful thinking) anyway coolest coin I've seen by far. Alot of my friends thought it sounded ridiculous when I told them I caches but as soon as I took them on one of my hunts they were hooked so just give them a chance to experience the hunt and chances are they'll be part of our little club in no time :/

I guess the nicest thing I've found is a un-activated travel bug. Lots of other little things but so far that was my favorite.

Well if that's how it's gonna be I'll have to stop "marking" my territory when I find the caches now

In order to do a hard rest hold down the power button and the home button at the same time...a few second later the slide to power off will pop up..continue to hold both buttons...a couple seconds after that the screen will go dark but keep holding both buttons...when the apple icon appears then release both buttons and wait for it to re-boot...when it does you will officially have you a hard reset.
