Been having same issues but finally figured things out, using a mini Mac, just did not know after saving to list that I needed to go to dash broad and DL list to Garmin via Express.

I heard from them again and they stated that "Send To GPS" option is not their software and lots of people were having issues with it. I did at times but worked for me 955 of time.

Hi, I have emailed Groundspeak(using Garmin 62s and have Mac and Windows) for help and and this is the response from them. The "Send To GPS" is not their software and about 90 % of cacher were having issues with it. I did at times but have worked for me most of times. I guess that option is now gone. I have gotten some suggestions from them but no luck yet. Will keep on trying.

Because of the"improvements " I'm having issues downloading the caches . From what I'm reading, take more time also. I wish they would have left the Option "Send to GPS" for those who did not have an issue with it. Yes I know it was buggy at times but it worked most of the time for me. Because of this issue, I will drop my membership and archive my many caches soon.
