  1. It is limited only by the amount of free available memory on/in (SD card) with your nuvi. On my 760, I have installed a 4g SD card. On it, I have some 124k POI (4K of which are caches w/ 5 logs - the rest are locations of: Home Depot, Lowes, Dunkin Donuts, Bank of America ATMs, Quiznos, All the 144mhz, 440mhz, 29mhz and 50mhz ham radio repeaters in the entire USA, etc - you get the idea) Also on the card, I have the 2009 maps for the US, a couple dozen or so photos, and about 300 MP3 music files. Does that help?? Steve Yes thanks - so in principle you can store quite a few caches as POI assuming that you don't fill your nuvi with all sorts of other stuf!
  2. I have a Nuvi 770 and it runs very nicely (as far as I can judge), but can anyone tell me - how many caches can you store this way at one time on the nuvi 770?
  3. Sorry, That's it... Hmmmm....well...ok I'm not an expert on GPS's, but could we hope that an software update could take care of that in the future?
  4. Do anyone know how to get the cache names (GCXXXXX) on the map display? I can see the icons - but no names?
  5. I've recently bought a Vista C, and also TOPO! state series (California and Colorado) from National geographics - but I cannot get these programmes to work, since there is no way that I can selcet USB as connection. I have the same problem with a few other programmes. Anyone with a solution to this?
