  1. So, can I use these two caches as an example to get around the cache saturation rule?
  2. I remember seeing a show on the History Channel about the Hatfeild and McCoys. They showed a cemetary, where I found a geocache. (it was on the edge of the cemetary - Pikeville, KY). I'm always yelling "I've been there" at the TV - luckily, it never yells back.
  3. Maybe the 'no hunting on Sunday rule,' is so that hikers and others can have a day in the woods, without filling up the emergency rooms. Of course the jerry springer partipant gene pool may not care about what day it is. Bring lots of batteries for your boom box:
  4. Its usually at this point when I can see that the cops internal voice is saying, "GEEK!" I've had a couple inquiries from police and always tell them straight away whats going on. I wonder if anyone tries to tell a different story.
  5. No, he was dead and not dangerous in anyway ! Sure it was not during a CSI LAs Vegas movie making ? The sad but funny thing is that I had to wait about 4 hours until the real CSI Las Vegas unit showed up. But somehow it wasn't like TV. What - the women weren't gorgeous?
  6. Do you know of any American historical reference to this farm / woods / area? As I said in my post to the other topic. The rest of the items with this pic appear to be humorous - I doubt there is anything there. But maybe its an obscure announcement of a cache.
  7. Based on the other humorous items in the posts, I wonder if there is anything there at all.
  8. There's a similar series in MD - here's the cache listing for the hider, which shows them (most are on the second page): Indy-MD Theres one in western massachusetts too Western Mass Scale Solar System - The Sun
  9. Only through reading about A.P.E. caches, did I learn that this was associated with the film, Planet of the Apes. Why haven't there been other themed caches? Mission Impossible, 24, Fear Factor... Is Jeep going to be the only outside sponsored aspect of our fun?
  10. So, his black bean recipe is muy delicioso?
  11. Stop lurking and SEND HIM AN EMAIL!!! Why guess and research and suppose and assume... I doubt there is a mystery here. I bet he'd love to tell you about this. Good luck
  12. Looks like he went on vacation to a national park - where there aren't anything but virtuals. Maybe he has another sock puppet for traditional and one for webcams and one for...
  13. I might have missed it - with all the bs - was the owner of the '99' cache dragged in to discuss his reasoning for such an easy requirement? At least he states when he'll delete a log. I've heard of log deletions for apparently no reason.
  14. I'd start with asking the cache owner for some direction or a small hint.
  15. I took the CT safety class. I think the first thing you learn is how to PUSH a motorcycle.
  16. I saw that chinese Harly - it blew my mind. I want a chinese chopper.
  17. Just give us long distance travelers enough time to still get a good deal on airfare. February would have temps below 110 right?
  18. One hunt, last year, took a while. I got to stage two (a hikers hut) and searched for a couple hours. I found a letterbox nearby, but no cache. I took a lunch break and returned. A couple more hours later, just as I was spent, a couple other hunters appeared. One of them discovered the stage. Hidden in the framework of the hut. We found the final together. I learned what under-rated means that day.
  19. I'm 6'5 and yes its true to some extent. I hate that my back muscles hurt from all the bending over to kiss.
  20. I think you should also post a message in the New England forum. I live about an hour drive east of Danbury. Are you only in the area for one day? Craig
  21. This is the one I love - its the last second that cracks me up: Messin with Sasquatch - shaving cream
