What is the difference between the sticker that says GEO and the sticker that says GPS?

I just started geocaching about two months ago using my husband's Garmin Forerunner 201 that he uses for training for marathons. I have used the Forerunner side by side with the basic yellow eTrex when out caching with friends. The accuracy of the pointer is about the same and it usually leads me right to the cache. The forerunner is more prone to interference than the basic eTrex from trees, slopes, bridges, etc. One great advantage of the Forerunner is the discrete size and color. I was caching all over urban Philly and would have felt pretty silly (and attracted muggles) walking around with most "regular" GPS units. With the Forerunner, I could just look at my little "wristwatch" from time to time. The Forerunner definately doesn't have the kind of tracking that you arelooking for. I think that as a compromise for running/geocaching it is great but you might need something more if geocaching is your primary use.
