    You are wrong because it DOES need to be removed. Someone could get seriously hurt trying to find this cache, and they wouldn't even know it. So you are saying I can hide a cache with coordinates that are near train tracks and not tell anyone that a train may come and hit them at any time? You may want to consider changing your policy. Tracks = Trains, Roads = Cars, Airports = Airplanes, Water = Drowning ,if you don’t like it don’t do it.
