Hey there, my family is new to the world of Geocaching and we have some questions, and are hoping the caching community has some answers??? 1. When u find a cache, do you have to leave something? today we did if the cache was big enough. 2. If you leave something, do you/should you write it down in the log? 3. If you search for a cache, and cant seem to find it, how many return searches do u make before u call it missing/gone? 4.If muggles (LOL) come up and ask u what ur doing what whould be said? do u explain the sport and the rules? what about police officers (haha) 5. what kind of items can be left in caches? So far we have had a blast and plan on doing more next weekend, a little farther from home, make a day trip out of it... Thanks for the help. Darryl
