  1. You need to install GSAK and download the waypoint or (PQ) to GSAK and then download to your GPS
  2. Purchase GSAK to manage waypoint downloaded from the forms or your GPS. Then Upload them to Streets & Trips

(40 Acres Square) (1,320 feet to a side)

  11. You should already be using GSAK!!!!!! Get Cachemate if you have a PALM!!!

  13. You have assumed that averaging waypoints makes it more accuracy. Mark one Waypoint, if you have a clear sky (No trees). If tree limbs are blocking the satilight then averaging makes it worse.
  14. They is a option that locks the pointer on the roads. (Turn it on)
  15. Get a Palm and Cachemate ($8.00) and you are good to go. Cachemate is a program that manages pocket Queries (GPS Files) on you palm. (Sorts Goto and Etc)
  16. Option One Get a used Zire M150 from E-Bay aprox $20 and Cashmate $8 and you have every think that you need for going paperless. Option Two Buy the top of the line new Pocket PC with lots of Memory and extra cards and it will do any thing that you home PC will do. Option Three Some where between option one & two and list is never ending.
  17. For the Legend get Metroguide (It does not support auto routing) CitySelect is for Garmins that have auto routing
  18. What is the dedicated geocaching mode on GPS60? The Etrex Legend is a great unit (Cheap) and has 8 meg of memory and a base map major roads. It has 8 megs of memory to load maps into. (Map progams 75 - 100)
  19. If you are going to use recharageable batteries then get the 15 minute NiMH. The older type recharagables are junk compared to the 15 minute rechargable time.
