I'm also having the same problem! Hope it gets corrected. I mentioned in a log after finding a nice cache that it's getting a favorite, then receive a mess from owner "Where is it???"

I never had this happen before, but yesterday we found a nice cache & wanted to give it a favorite & it looked like it did. Today I looked & it wasn't there so I tried again & again but it won't let me!!! Anybody have a clue? We have several points available & we did make & log the cache but still can't give it a favorite!

I received an email to update my credit card for premium membership.The only way I could get into my payment info was to apply for a new premium membership! Now I have been on auto renewal for years so will I get double billed??? Thanks for any info! Bobkatz+Wife

Maps installed on SD card: Topo NY US NE Topo IbycusUSA2 (whole USA) It's in perfect condition & has a screen protector on since we got it. Battery life is great.

I don't see that you've generated anything in the last 5 days. I have been trying, just like I have done several times before but nothing happens! I go to my pocket Queries & select the ones I want & nothing happens!

I have been trying almost all day to get some Pocket Queries! Nothing is being emailed! Am I the only one?

I'm having the same problem, the only way I get to see all geocaches with all information is to have gps hooked up to computer while in BaseCamp! Geocaches were loaded into GPS (Oregon 450) without using GSAK.I tried saving to a new list but most revert to waypoints. I tried several times with different PQs.
