  1. i created this cache http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...10-d5aae19ced75 in direct response to this cache http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...34-0123c0096829 (read the entire description and logs). i'll only say that it's not my fault some cachers read into the logs what they "BELIEVE" i was saying. i was only having a good time caching like i hope we all do. oh, and i'm glad to see i'm not on your list kelly@9.
  2. absolutely hillarious. just be glad you didn't hear dueling banjos or pigs squealin'.
  3. i've done 20 in a day driving 350 miles to do them all. the best part about it all is that i found 18 before my buddie did. made him so mad. the next day he was ftf on 2 new caches and THOUGHT he got me back...little did he know i was ftf on 3 the same day. ha ha ha. thats what is the most fun for us, not the number of finds.
  4. 12 yr old daughter - if there is an ammo can or other "big" container 8 yr old son - always, as long as he can hold the gps(and kill the batteries)
  5. UMMM.. everytime i pass a place that looks like i could hide something in/on. in other words constantly.
  6. I agree. Go fix your old caches BEFORE you place new ones.
  7. it makes me stop to see things i would never have noticed while whizzing by at 55mph. ( we all do the limit, right? ) i've met people i wouldn't have otherwise. i get to see imaginative ideas for hides, and what other people see as beautiful (insert your own blaahs and what were they thinking comments here) areas. most of all it gets my kids interested in something besides tv and video games (and my wife away from the mall).
  8. sometimes i forget what it is that i actually do and where i do it, so... i named myself after myself.
  9. did it change? why, yes, yes it did change.
  10. yeah, i picked up Moo-Moo the Dog Chip on 11-9-05. then went to a new cache in the area on 2-9-06 and there it was again. i actually didn't realize it was one i had already logged until i logged it the second time. three months to the day even!!
  11. do you think this one may be difficult. my useless hint is going to be...this holds it all together. it's hidden in a park with a caboose on a short section of rail.
  12. Thanks very much that worked perfectly!
  13. Is it possible to change ownership of a tb? Myself and a friend are starting a tb race around the world and another in the U.S. Somehow, his U.S. race tag was put on my world race Tb(I blame him!) so that when my tb is picked up it logs under his tb #. They have already been released and picked up once, which is how I noticed the goof. Plus they are attached with cable not just the chain that comes with it so switching tags is going to be difficult to say the least. Other than having my Tb mailed back to me, is there any way of fixing this #$%^& goof or maybe change ownership of tb and edit tb details? Thanks in advance for answers.
  14. it's what i am and where i work(zipcode). simple and easy to remember.
  15. USAF 1991-1995 drove a fuel truck. liked it, just didn't love it, so now i drive a mail truck. thanks to all who have and still serve.
  16. I'm in a cache poor area (rural), therefore I drive every time i go caching. I normally team up with a friend and we split the cost of ga$. We are hitting the Memphis, Tn (1 hour drive) area now soon to hit Little Rock, Ar(2 hour drive). There are hundreds in each of those cities.
