I have been retroactively dipping a personal TB to calculate my mileage. Suddenly, the system has stopped calculating the mileage and it just indicates that I have logged the TB into and out of caches without indicating the distance between each one. I have tried clicking on the "recalculate distance" toggle, but that doesn't work either. I had this problem once before, but I can't remember what the issue was and I can't find my old post! So sorry to be repetitious, but why is this happening and how can I fix it? Thank you! Helen

I'm having the same problem all of a sudden - check out the thread on "Dipping TBs - is it OK". I thought that my TB had been "locked", but now I'm not so sure since other people are having the same problem... Sorry if this is considered a cross-post :-)

I've just been "post-dipping" my TB in caches I've already visited to track my own mileage - I used the "write note" feature and each note was dated with the date on which I actually found that cache. I guess that my TB has now been locked - does anyone know how I can unlock it again? Thank you!
