I wasn't saying that people can't cache, but you are getting a smaller number of geocachers because of the language barrier. Anyway, I was just pointing out that the stats that put Quebec last aren't really fair. Let's not argue over silly statistics. As my stat teacher told us at the start of his class in university "stats are the scientific method for lying" (oh and the Google tools do NOT do a good job. It's a pretty horrendous job most of the time! But it's a start, I guess)

I'm sure Quebec would do better if you'd take the English speaking population instead of the whole population! Geocaching.com is not accessible, if you don't speak English. Quite a few people in the province can't do geocaching because of a language barrier.
