  2. Do you have the 60 CSx still. If you do, I am interested. If you send your address to me privately, I will send a money order off tomorrow. Thank you Colleen
  3. I am very intersted in it, is it still available? If you send your address I will send a money order on Monday (I need to get the money order from the post office).
  4. Add me to the list of those wanting one....I am thinking you will need more than 100 to start.
  5. I just made 13, I am looking for more film canisters. I used Avery 5162 labels. I copied the one I found, it said: "Cache In/Trash Out" Contents: 1 trash bag. Please use the bag to carry out trash from the trash area, the refill this container with a new bag and drop it off in another cache. Good luck...
  6. Thank you, I didnt know there was a pathtags website.
  7. Hi, just curious, can someone explain Pathtags to me. I know they are personal, and they have numbers on them. Someone gave me one of theirs and I am not sure what I should do with it. It is very pretty and I do not want to give it away, so I dont think I will, but do I log it someplace with the number on it? Are they trackable? Do all the same pathtags from this person have the same number on it? Thank you
  8. "To move the icons (page to page, or on the same page" Thank you so much.....moved everything around. "Did you cancel the navigation to that last cache you found?" yes, I did cancel the navigation to the last cache I found. I marked it found and hit cancel navigation, find another. How do I change to a recreational setting, maybe that will help. "tap the top of that page inside the "balloon" that identifies the waypoint" That was the best and so easy too. Thank you Thank you for all your help. I really appreciate your taking time with me.
  9. Oregon 450, sorry. I will give a try to some of the things that were mentioned in the other posts as well. I will let youknow how it goes.

  11. Hi, I have 3 questions.... First, is there a way to put the Geocaching icon closer to the compass icon or on the same screen. Second, I marked a way point today. I walked away and then tried to find the waypoint again. I went to "where to", then "waypoints" hit the one I wanted to go to "LB". The hit go....now all I had to follow was a purple line on the maps screen. I dont like that view and want to use the compass view, and I cant figure out how to get there. When I hit compass it went to the compass for the last cache I found. Third, how do I find the coordinates for the waypoint I just saved? I am sooooooo confused. I tried looking on the Wiki page and found nothing. I appreciate any help and assistance you all can give me. Motherwright (Colleen)
  12. I am a new cacher and have the Oregon 450T (my first handheld GPS). My 15 year old daughter has started coming out with me so I was thinking of getting another GPS so when we go out we each have one. Any suggestions for a decent, accurate 2nd GPS. I dont think I need all the bells and whistles like I have on my Oregon, but I would like something accurate. Thank you
  13. Afternoon, I am new to caching and a new premium member, and I have a new Oregon 450T. I really am NEW. I have 4 questions. 1. I have been downloading individual caches from GC.com, but if I am out hiking is there anyway I can obtain them through the GPS without already having them downloaded? 2. When I download the chaches to the GPS, it puts in the cache#, is there anyway to also put in the cache name? 3. What is a or are PGX files? 4. Last, I think.....if I mark a cache as found on the GPS how do I get it to mark it on GC.com instead of me going to the website and marking each one? Thank you for your patience. I looked through all the pages, and much of what was said is way above me and my minimal knowledge. Colleen (motherwright)
