I can relate to your excitement, we're having just as much fun. I took my 2 older kids out after school for a cache and dash and after we'd logged it, they wanted to keep looking. I told them homework prevailed but we'd go again asap. Loving it, looking forward to new adventures!

Brand new to the forums and to geocaching - just registered a few days ago and had our first find about an hour ago. We're a military family and do a lot of moving around, I think this is going to be great for our family. I'd heard about geocaching years ago but didn't pay much attention to the details because I didn't think there were places to look outside the desert. DUH! My mistake, I wish I'd paid attention. Oh well, we're here now and are looking forward to lots of adventures!

I just took my kids for our first trip/hunt. I personally had a blast! I know I'm hooked.
