  1. Looks like somebody singled out some local cachers. M&P Anyone else seen something like this happen? I can't blame them for giving up, but I was hoping to do some of their caches.
  2. Come ON, email her already! Oh, wait, nevermind.
  3. Any thing new on this race?
  4. All harsh comments retracted. Thanks for posting about seeing the light. Tell your son that it was a mature decision.
  5. You could make the FTF a mountain bike.
  6. AtoZ you didn't tell me that you were moving to TN. I don't know where this guy is coming from, but my goal is to keep finding caches and get your initiation done. It was good to see you at the event in the Springs this weekend.
  7. He without sin cast the first stone, is that what you are shouting? I have NONE of the mentioned items and I wouldn't even consider keeping them if I found them. The whole TB idea relies on the honesty and integrety of the players, I guess you fall short on both. Nice try to AGAIN justify your stealing.
  8. I guess you try to justify stealing any way you can. The link clearly states that the YJTBs are still meant to be tracked and apparently your myopic view of these TBs will never comprehend this. I still hope that your hunt for this TB is fruitless as probably most GCers do.
  9. Jeep doesn't care about their TBs huh? Jeep
  10. So if the person before you had swiped the TB you wouldn't have the picture. I guess if you want to be selfish and deprive future cachers the fun of finding YJTB go ahead.
  11. I forgot to post the coords of the first WPs and then it got stuck in the transition with COAdmin bowing out. I sent an email and it was promptly approved.
  12. and CarleenP said and then Lep said Causing AtoZ to say Which prompted ZCubed to say and RunAround to say So then ClearPath says About which Cache_Test_Dummies said And GreyMane responds by saying And then RainWater comes back to say So then one or both of Team Wampus said And then Tsonzo Karst said So then Stony2008 said And then I said Which I thought was pithy and pertinent, and Ju66l3r said So maybe it wasn't. But then Olar kept the topic fresh by saying All of which caused StanB to ask and RuffRidr to say Then AtoZ said So Rusty_TLC says Welch replied by saying Mr_Lost kept us current by saying Then StarBrand said and Fly46 reminded us by saying Then Dr123d said and either Shoobie or a Sand Crab said prompting one of TeamPerks to ask Which fine question has not yet been answered and CamoCrazed said and I am still waiting to hear if it's Camo or Cammo or Camoe or Camoflage(d) Then Badlands said And Morgan's Marauders (any relation here to Hogan's Heroes?) said And Evil Chicken says So Davwil suggests we stop the insanity by saying Tands suggests we need a FAQ by saying and Prarie Dog 76 said All of which makes me think we need changes to the website. I.E. I think we need a lightbulb icon that shows up in PQs for lightbulb caches, and maybe a flickering one for those traditional caches that are dying out because lame micros are squeezing them out. This icon should be usable with CacheMate and show up brightly on my Meridian Platinum screen. Thank you for your attention. That is all. camo Could be Cammo, but maybe the extra 'm' is redundant.
  13. No offense, but I hope your search is fruitless.
  14. How does that song go? "Put a lime on the cat"
  15. I hid mine 3-8 and it was approved today only 2 days, but my first one took about a month but that was mostly my fault.
  16. Mmm...Pretty Nurse...selling poopies. You said poopie.
  17. They are just starting to put in round abouts here in the denver area and they are too small for any caches, but I have seen some that are large enough and are like mini parks that would be fine for a cache. OT: Team Perks I get the three eyes now. 2 on bottom for reading GPS and 1 above for looking for the cache. No more running into trees, poles, etc.
  18. And 1 person to repost everyones reponses in one huge post with an attempt to clarify or summarize followed by a short message at the end about changes needed.
  19. I can give both sides to this: Family of deceased and crash site visitor I don't have any problems with visiting a crash site nor with others visiting. I am an aircraft enthusiast and have been looking at some of the crash site caches to do, like "Warthog down" I would also encourage you to make sure people are respectful on sites where pilots died and not take anything. My father died in a plane crash and I see it as a way to make sure the pilot isn't forgotten. I know he died doing what he loved and that is probably true of all the pilots of all the crash sites.
  20. Too bad common sense isn't more common.
  21. I got mine free from an excavator that had just replaced all the fire hydrants in the city of Dinosaur, CO. He had about 50 of them so me and a couple of fire fighter buddies took three. The only problem was they were still attached to the 8' stem and valve. They wieghed about 800 pounds apiece, he used a forklift to load them on a trailer for us. It was a big job getting them off the stems and they are still heavy just by themselves. I wouldn't want to carry it into the woods very far at all!
  22. And the 3 that will try to make everyone happy, but not without some guilt, "No you take the light bulb, I'll just sit here in the dark" You are right AtoZ my numbers are going up!
  23. I would chip in the 5 clams for the race. I have my TB ready!

    Picked Up Tb

I didn't notice that it was still in the cache. I went a retrieved it again and that did the trick. Thanks.
