I just downloaded the caches for the ride. Thanks for making this easy. I will be bringing a Colorado GeoCoin to hopefully leave along the way.

I went to Microsoft's web site this morning and on the front page was this article. Towards the bottom Geocaching is mentioned.

This cache was new and had all the Intel bunnymen TBs in it. It was stolen soon after it was placed. Now we know by who. I hope we are done with him and his antics!

They should bring back DDT.

The last one that was stolen was attached to a fence post with four 6" lag bolts. Looks like they nipped the lock and unbolted it. It was a MOC so it could have been somebody that already knew the combo. If you go here and click on the link under my user id, the lock on the first page is what this cache started with and if you put in any number like 1234 and hit enter, 10 seconds later you will see what they did to the cache. Now if they want to smash the lock they can hit their monitor.

One of the locks that I used had a little "nub" on the shaft of the locking part and that is what activated the programming mode. I filed that off after setting the combo to what I wanted and it couldn't be changed in the field.

I love quoting myself. I think I have found a way around the loser that is messing with my combo locked cache. On the above cache page under my user id is a web site that has a virtual lock on it. I didn't spend much time on it, but it seems to work fine. I have to go get the new coords where the physical cache with the logbook will be located, so if you do open it the coords listed are wrong. Let me know what you think. I also removed it from being a MOC.

Here is mine. Someone in the area has been making them selves happy by destroying it though. It is a MOC so someone has paid their money to go trash it.

I think the logs tell what the busted means. Go find the cache to find out.

Yeah, kinda had you rushing! I thought for sure, we would have had more entries by now, with the deadline quickly approaching.. Hope we can get some more listed soon. CBR2005 Maybe I will get another on its way.

No shame in a DNF. I just went back to one that I couldn't find and found it. It wouldn't even cross my mind to delete the DNF. But then again you do what ever you want.

That's what I did---the second time. The first time, I took the cache home with me and emailed the owner. Hey your the one that keeps moving my caches No wonder I couldn't find 2 of yours the other day.

You mean I built that tme machine for nothing? I mailed mine Monday morning after a mad scramble to get it ready. At least I don't have to worry now.

I work for the State government (IT also) and I think it won't ever happen here. I guess it is job security for me. You made the right decision, but you already know that.

No! You must go out caching! Firefox is the best browser. Try it you will like it. (I know most employers won't allow it at work, but try it at home.)

When I die you can stuff me and cram a cache in my mouth! What do I care, I will be dead. Funerals and graveyards are for the living. I think caches are fine for cemetaries. I haven't found anything like what you list in a cache. I would remove it if I did. I'm sure it is bound to happen ever once and a while. Big deal. I respect private property and wouldn't go there without permission. If there was a cache placed against guidlines I would report it. Life is too short, go find some caches. <edit forgot an "o">

I like to see where I have been and occasionally look back to see what has happened since I was there. I am still new, but that is my take and I personally don't care about others numbers.

And I hurt my wrist riding to work the other day. So I have to drive.

Helped a friend move yesterday. Denver also has lots of snow falling so here I sit.
