  1. I'm going to bump this up; I'll be in Denver on 11/4/05 on the way to Breckenridge...is Denver really the cache void that this post implies?
  2. On the map view all traditional caches are missing!! It's like a bad flashback to early 2002!
  3. We missed the FTF on the Tampa cache last year by 3 minutes (And missed being the only team to win grand prize back-to-back years. I'm still really sore about that one) We didn't even send in out runner-up voucher. We will not be defeated this year. Doombot!
  4. Or you can check out mine... Dark Skies Doombot!
  5. In Nevada, you could enlist the services of a professional. Just a thought. Doombot!
  6. When I try to reinstall MapSource V5 on my XP machine (after a reformat), it throws up the little DemoSheild logo and stops. No error message, and nothing happens. Thoughts? Doombot!
  7. I was trolling trought the posts today and saw this topic and tought that this would be intresting, but then I realized that I was the topic starter...WTH I thought, then I realized that this topic is almost quarter of a decade old! Doombot!
  8. I think the idea is that if your a guy, you go in drag; therefore, open to everyone.
  9. Man, I almost fell over when I saw this, but man this post is two years old. Check out www.floridacaching.com Doombot!
  10. How close to the attractions are you staying and how far are you willing to travel? The greater Orlando area is suprisingly big. Doombot!

    Slow Again?!

At 3:45 PM on a Wednesday?? <sob> Doombot!
  13. Stick it in your pocket. They only check bags and a quick swipe of the metal detector. 1-1000 chance it will be an issue.
  14. Oh man. There goes my homepage and my playground.
  15. Info....Doc-Dean.....Cachemonkey's....somebody?
  16. I picked this up last night to see what it was all about (what's $5.00?) While I did get my "ebook" quickly (thus requiring a positive feedback), I found it to be something like an 8th grade research paper. The total length was 36 pages (double spaced). By the time I removed the double spacing, intros, headers, summaries, page breaks, legal info, off-topic conversational diatribe, and converted the document to 10-point font with normal margins I was left with about seven-and-a-half pages. Of these remaining pages, quite a bit of it was useless, excessive adjectives, links to Geocaching support areas, or lists of holidays you could place a cache in commemoration of. The remainder of the text was uninspired and obvious to anyone with 100 or more finds, and uselessly full of lingo to beginners. Doombot! rating: 1.5 on scale of 10.
  17. I'm not trying to nit-pick....Florida is a big state. "South Florida" would be defined as anything around 26 degrees N and south. Central Florida is in the 28 degree N range. (About 120 miles of difference.) Where specificly are you looking for the bugs to go? Kennedy Space Center is about 140 miles from Tampa....again, big state. If you post a link to the bugs, someone (if not myself) can direct you to the correct resource. Thanks, Doombot!
  18. I sent him this email today: Your entry for "Hall of Fame" has been deleted for flagrant cheating (Your camera angle / GPS shot is identical in most of your locationless shots.) You are further now going to be the charter member of the Hall of Shame now listed on this cache. Doombot!
  19. It looks like we have another locationless cacher doing a hack job on pictures and logging them. Laugh and point here! Make sure you go to this users Gallery and check out the pictures. BTW, please no "See, this is why locationless shouldn't be allowed!" posts, it's much more easy to cheat a "real" cache. Doombot!
  20. Sorry, this cache was off by two miles and people were still able to find it. I wasn't one of them Doombot!
  21. That's to far north for me, otheriwse I'd hook you up. Doombot!
  22. We've postponed our trip to Florida so we can save for the 2005 trip to China instead. If that one is still around when we get back, we'll go for it! It would be an honor....plan a couple of hours to hunt. Doombot
  23. I have NEVER gotten a PQ via roadrunner. Of course I've only been trying for a couple of weeks. This seems to be a trend. Doombot!
  24. Yes, but it's a "Hollywood Adventure"
