Thanks Max and 99. I'll follow that thread. Bizarrely i could login to the forum site but not the main site. I've downloaded the app again and although it appeared to hang on login, I seem to be in, so now i can at least try to get the family out to do some geocaching Still getting error 500 on geocaching.com from multiple browsers but not really a showstopper. Thanks again

Hi Recently upgraded to Premium, but when i login on phone app it hangs and on website i get an 'Error 500' also. Is the server down? Or is there another step after going Premium that i need to do? Thanks Ed
