I am new to Geocaching and really enjoy, but i only have 2 friends who will go with me and not on any kind of a regular basis. I live in Ontario, California and was wondering if any local cachers would like to meet up. Brandon

I was thinking of trying it out with the droid then using it as a computer to look up points for a gps unit on the go,

I am new to this but extremely interested in the sport. I have not yet searched for a cache but everywhere I go I check for there proximity to me on my Droid. I have a few questions. Is the droid a good gps unit to begin with? And if not what would be a good low priced alternative? I am not a loner or solitary person and like being around people. Where do u meet others? Last but not least do more experienced people ever take out newbies? This whole idea is great and I would love to start soon. Thnx for the help.
