Da ich total auf diese Überheblichkeit, und Beleidigungen sowieso, stehe, und auch gerne fröhlich dazu lerne habe ich mich mal mit dem Thema Fieldnotes beschäftigt. Ist ja total einfach für mich als *geheime App* -Nutzer. Nur ein bischhen unnötig kompliziert rumklicken, Dateien suchen, hin und her kopieren, hochladen, und schon hat man´s Auch total super das man keine Fotos direkt mit rein packen kann sondern die dann ganz praktisch daheim auf den Rechner laden, dem jeweiligen Cache zuordnen manuell hochladen, und Bildtitel hinzu fügen muss. Wäre ja wirklich sau dämlich von mir das nicht so zu machen. Aber das sagtet ihr ja bereits, wohl immerhin nicht aus Böswilligkeit. Oder hab ich das jetzt auch falsch verstanden?

Bei wem? Bei Korinthenkackern? Was ist denn bitte daran ignorant den Leuten lange Logs zu schreiben und es anzukündigen? Ok, klar, es gibt sie, die Leute die immer was zu meckern finden. Aber ich gebe mir immerhin einigermaßen konstant Mühe mit meinen Logs und schreibe überdurchschnittlich viel. Das ich das nicht von unterwegs mache versteht sich von selbst. Was wäre dir denn lieber? Logs a´la TFTC? oder doch nur ein Smiley?

Na das der Owner weiß das da noch was komnt. Ich mag Kurzlogs nicht, auch nicht wenn ich selbst logge. Und ob ich nun auf speichern klicke, oder Log senden macht keinen Unterschied. Gefunden, später mehr kopiere ich nur rein, das ist keine Arbeit.

Ich logge eigentlich immer direkt von unterwegs mit dem Handy. Allerdings nur ein Kurzlog der meist lautet "gefunden, spter mehr". Dadurch vergesse ich keinen Cahce und die mir heilige Reihenfolge der Funde stimmt auch. Allerdings cache ich auch nur noch mit dem Handy. Zu den Zeiten als ich noch mit Garmin unterwegs war habe ich aber auch nicht per PQ geloggt, sondern die Funde nur gespeichert und hinterher manuell am Rechner geloggt. Sollte ich mal keinen Empfang haben oder auf Reisen darauf verzichten logge ich im Handy, nur eben nicht online sondern lokal gespeichert, und verpasse den logs dann fortlaufende Nummern. Yes well, define Europe. I think some of the country's you call and maybe some more you miss are not in what most poeple would consider to be Europe. If i google for "country's of Europe" Wikipedia comes up with a list of 47. When I search solely for "Europe", it comes up with the subcontinent Europe and "about 50 Country's". Project-GC counted 54, so maybe this is the only truth for us ?

Well, Geocaching is not like a "plug your batteries in and go full throttle" hobby. How about developing slowly into it. Go step by step. Start by searching simple Tradis, get used to generl therms and functions. Then proceed on to more comlicated stuff like Multis, understand how coordinates and bearing works. Getting familiar with the homepage by browsing arround, checking out options, trying stuff out. Have fun, you´ll make it!

I lkie the general idea and I would move it. If I as a part of the GC community could help a bit with fullfilling dreams of your beloved ones, I´d be glad to do that. Why should I question that it is ok for you an your siblings. If you want it to be so, I´d be fine with it.

Right, just like in most cases when you are out caching. Maybe even the trail is private propperty, who knows. I for my trust the CO´s with theyre cache placements as long it´s not obvioulsy wrong. And in your specifc case I would think that the permission to place the cache there is still valid, even though a temporary fence was errected to keep livestock in. For me the purpose of this fence is verry obvious. We are humans, the most developed known spezies. We can observe and upprehend a huge varaity of circumstances within a split second and then, based on that and the given knowleddge make good dicissions. My decission would be --> go in and log that cache. Others might think, uhhhh, 3 blue and white strings --> don´t cross I don´t judge you. I just told my point of view, because you were asking. But to answer more specific to your opening question: It hapens not verry frequently but some times. In some cases it´s just a trivial and temporary hindering in access. But sometimes cache access is changed in way, that the only logic consequence would be to archive the cache. When you wonder about a thing and start a thread about it in a public discussion forum, it´s not unlikely to get a discussion started

I´d say hte cache is okay. It´s only the terrain rating varrying as log as the fence is there but wouldn´t change that as well. The cache ist there, can be found, can be acessed. No reason at all to report to a reviewer. And giving log permission for coming kinda close to the cache is a strange idea in any way. I own a cache by my self wich is some times fenced of for goat. Refere the following link for some impressions https://coord.info/GLT1WTCP Such an electric fence is not a huge obstacle. And not hazardous at all if unintentionally touched. It might hurt a bit, but not more than logging a DNF

Ich finde das nicht zweideutig Aber Du solltest auch wissen, dass man einen DNF-Log in einen “Gefunden”-Log umwandeln kann! Und das geht ja auch, der Logtyp lässt sich im Nachhinein ändern.

Ich lass die stehen. Es gibt Caches bei denen ich bestimmt 3 DNF gelogt hab bevor ich endlich found loggen konnte. Warum sollte ich meinen Misserfolg auslöschen wollen, gehört doch zu meiner Geschichte die ich mit dem betreffenden Cache hatte. Und nur weil ich ihn nun gefunden habe, habe ich ihn damals doch nicht plötzlich nicht nicht gefunden. Ich finde das absurd.
