I wanted to search for caches in the android app with the attributes public restroom nearby and food available. Only to realize that they are missing in the filter. On the other side the scuba gear (I called it diving necessary first) is included. Maybe it's due to the diving attribute is used in lot of power trails. But for normal caches search food and restrooms are much more useful.

Well, there seems to an problem at my mail provider. I have change to and complete different primary mail account, and log owner mails arrive there immediately.

Since some 10 hours there is no mails at all from Groundspeak reaching me. Ok 1 did actually arrive this morning. But that's all. No notifications of new caches, and 5 was published only 4 km away 9 hours ago No log owner mails, my caches have been found several times can I see in the Cache owner dashboard No mails from notes I have logged on my own caches No mail from pocket queries, I created an new an hour ago and no mail of it ready to download My email is working when I send direct to it from one of my other email accounts. So it seems to be an problem with Groundpseak/Geocaching only. There are nothing changed in the mail-application on my phone or on the webmail from my mail provider, and nothing is the spam folders on those. I have checked Account Settings/Email Preferences and it's the same email adress as it always have been. I must say that is quite frustrating to have no idea what is happening with my caches. Does any one else have this problem?

What en excellent summary of the virtuals so far. Do you happen to have an update of the countries that have no virtual at all so far? It would be good to bring with me to the event about what to do with an virtual 2.0.

No, the notifications still works very randomly. I never made any deeper investigations about what was the problem. Sometimes the notifications works ans sometimes they fail, and sometimes they are received several hours after it was sent. My current versions on the app is 7.14.1 on Android 9

Excellent. Now I can stop using an external html-editor every time I had do change something in an description. But I have found 2 questions about the current way the editor works. First of all the web browser spelling check only works on source mode. Which means I have to change to source to be able to see my writing errors. Maybe this is universal thing or is an bug? Second as I'm living in Sweden I use special characters like å, ä and ö And every time I change from source to WYSIWYG the html code is returned to &aring instead of å for example. Which means that I have to click on save every time after changing to source to get the special characters back and be able to use the Swedish spelling check. Is there any possibility keep the html code as it is when changing between the 2 views?

During the 3 times I have been caching in China Open Street Map have been OK to use. Some streets/buildings may be missing since they are being built quicker than the map is updated. But 95% of the caches was found according to the map.

As far I I remember no updates to Android has been done on my phone. The app notifications have returned during the last week. So whatever was wrong it seems to have been self-corrected itself.

Until a few weeks ago I got an notification from the Geoching app when an new message was sent to me. But since 2-3 weeks, which I think was in connection with an update of the app, this has ceased. Have I missed some new setup or have this feature been removed? Notifications from other apps on my phone still works. I do miss this as it was very handy to reply by clicking on the notification.

Never mind. I did some changes in the account settings preferences and now the cache edit page works. I have no idea what the problem was. But with TIme zone UTC+1, metric units, date format 2017-12-11 and GPX 1.0 the errors are gone.

Hmm, this is even more bizarre now. I created an new account today, to be used later for an special purpose, and the cache edit page is OK there. But when editing an cache on the account mentioned yesterday the map, posted coordinates and waypoints are still impossible to use. And it's the same on published as well as unpublished caches. Of course I edit one of the caches belonging to the account that is logged in for the moment.

I have found an problem when editing an cache page for an basic member. Because then the map, and the fields for the posted coordinates and waypoints is blank and impossible to change. When I log out the basic member and log in myself everything on the cache edit page is functional. The same happens in Opera, Edge and Firefox. And it's still the old Hide a geocache pages for basic and premium members. The new one comes first when editing the cache is selected.

I used the improved logging experience to report that an cache needs to be archived. But the result was very strange. I choose "write note". Described the problem. Clicked "Needs maintenance" and then "Cache should be archived" Clicked "Post" And the only result on the cache page was the note log. No indication of any kind that an "Cache should be archived" have been sent. And there is no sign of any way to leave feedback on the new log page.

The possibility to add an reason for the deletion exists. But only when deleting an picture. So it ought to be possible to add it for log deletions to.

I have the exactly same problem. Have re-installed the app three times. Have created, deleted, renamed the Geowigo folder many times. Have tried several .gwc files in the folder. But no cartridges appear in the linked app. Did send an bug report a few minutes ago.

I have no special restaurants to recommend. But there are a lot to choose from an Laugavegur, Bankastræti, Austurstræti and around Ingolfstorg. I have eaten at Tapas bar on Austurstræti and at Shalimar on Austurstræti and both had good food. And I have also been to Prikið I remember now, and the fish I had was there was good. There used to be an vegetarian restaurant to that I visited every time I was in Reykjavik. Unfortunately Á Næstu Grösum on Klapparstígur was closed when I was there in september 2013. Restaurant Reykjavik have I also visited once, and the fish buffet was nothing that impressed me. Expensive and rather dull food. But I was there 2 years ago, so the menu can have changed. Or you can just walk along and enter any places that looks nice, and see what they offer.

After my seven week long vacation in Iceland I have ideas to make two earthcaches. But before I get started I would like to know if it is possible to make an earthcache out of ideas. I feel that it´s necessary becouse these two topics are a little different from the others earthcaches in Iceland. So who do I contact to ask for guidence about possible earthcache places/topics?
