Geocaching is a drug Its always fun to support a drug habit!

When younger kids tag along with us they like to have a well hidden cache, i.e. in a crevice, as long as its hidden well it doesn't make a difference in the container. We also love TBs because we can see its past travels and see the progression into the future. Themed caches are always fun espescially when it is well thought out with some creativity. Unique trade items are also really cool!

I love this idea, can't wait 'til I recieve my TB to try it! Thanks for the cool idea and hard work!

I think a moose would be cool to see... a moose in the swamp!

Caches in the woods are great I really like wood, I have a chair made out of wood I am sitting in it. I wonder if it was ever near a cache?
-
Keep looking 'til you don't feel like it anymore, then I'd wait to see if anyone else finds it or yo could email the owner for additional clues! Best of Luck

I think if you were to set-up a webpage with an alphabetical listing of all the hotels/motels then people could browse through them.

Suggestion For A Geocaching Motto
KolarBear replied to TheWilkens's topic in General geocaching topics
I like it I can just imagine myself standing tall and proud above the world with cache in hand screaming... "Veni, Inveni, Discessi" -
Make a bunch man I want one

Wow that just made me really sad. I couldn't even imagine coming home and finding my bug... MIA! -KolarBear

You Know You've Been Geocaching Too Long...

I watch the travel channel and wonder if there are caches nearby... We live with such addictions! -Kolarbear -
I think ammo cans are the best thing since sliced bread, but you can't eat them. I find that the tupperware with the screw tops tend to stay better then the regular kind. But nothing can compare to the feeling of pulling out a nice ammo can. I think forum chat is comical! I love it! -KolarBear

I have been wondering the same thing! I thank you all soo much for your input! *Runs out the door with GPS in hand and a tear of happiness in his eye* -KolarBear

Welcome to geocaching! Eventually that little... *Must find cache* *Must find cache* *Must find cache* *Must find cache* umm, urge will go away... well atleast that is what the doctor said! -KolarBear

In any New York State Park there are newly made rules on caches. That are very annoying. Like how to can only we 20 ft off a trail and not within .25 mile of another cache. Personally I think that old saying works here, "If it isn't broke, don't fix it." Most cachers don't abuse anything, and sometimes even IMPROVE the environment But eventually all the agencies will get tired of trying to keep up with all us cachers and just leave us alone! If not well... I'll worry about it then! -KolarBear

I've come across a few forgotten gravesites in my travels. I always feel bad for these people! Now that I have read this I might just make a nice cache to let people know that this gravesite exists! Thanks for the helpful topic! -KolarBear

I'll bring the kayak out... Why not just put it out there? Atleast you have a chance for it to get logged! -Kolarbear

The best thing I've ever found was... a BeeGee's gold cassette! You may all cry in jealousy! -KolarBear

I am sick and tired of all those map search engines. I have tried to get maps to an approx. point near the cache but it won't eve work without an address! If you have any pointers please say so! -KolarBear
