I regularly get the same issue Safari Version 15.3 (17612.4.9.1.8) macOS Monterey 12.2.1 Cleared caches, restarted safari. Works for a short time then back to not working. Rebooted and repeated same process then back to not working.

Yes, I have exactly the same issue. Has been a problem for months. Same goes for loading 'messages' page which is just blank. Its all effing annoying. Same issues for me ... macOS Monterey 12.2.1, safari 15.3 - doesn't load map, messages without constant manual refreshing - closed safari and restarted - rebooted MacBook - cache cleared and worked for a while geocaching website works with chrome on same MacBook. No I don't want to use chrome all the time although Chrome appears quicker at loading geocaching webpages than Safari. I've not made any recent changes to safari. Also have similar issue using iOS (15.3.1) and safari.
