  1. Here is the info page: https://home.comcast.net/~tom.gacacher/2007GeorgiaCoin.htm I Need this info: send to georgia.geocoinATgmailDOTcom you know what to remove! Geonick Name Mailing Address Number of each coin method of payment: paypal or check to Tom Walsh 2333 Wavetree LN NW Acworth GA 30101 Once you send in the e-mail I will reserve your coins, so you can mail a check if you prefer.
  2. The coins arrived!!! Now in hand and will be distributed at 2 events this weekend.
  3. This is a 2" cut out that we have in the final stage. It is the companion to the State of Georgia 2007 coin. Georgia Coin Home Page It his hard enamel smooth finish. 500 or 750 to be made we haven't decided yet. This should be out in 4 weeks. We anticipate about $9 including s&h US and Canada to keep it available to most. $14.50 seems high but it might be a dazzling coin and would command that. BUT if you are going to make 250 and then go back and make more, please tell all upfront. Many buy on the number available and if a reissue happens then the coin they have diminishes, in their eyes.
  4. Kinda partial to these!
  5. For our first 2 coins we used vendor "a" and then on the 3rd design the service went south. Late response to e-mails, couldn't get them on the phone. They had internal problems. We met someone caching that had been in business with military coins for a few years. We started to work with them. The service has been great, promises made and met. Responsive to questions and e-mail, and they are just a phone call away. They have people available late on e-mail , as they are in their office very late as they deal with the "minter" in China due to the time difference. Many times I have sent an e-mail at 10 PM EST and get a response in a few minutes. They also give advice and are willing to do "as you wish". Now we are in production with our 8th coin with them and 2 more to come. I am long term retail and their business practice is sound and reliable. The other member of the group is creative and they work very well with that side of our group. So I guess it boils down to service and trust. You can see some of our coins in my link in my sig line. Feel free to PM me if you wish.
  6. In regard to making twice the cost lets look at a assumption on a 1.5 inch coin 6 colors trackable with icon! 750 cost $4200 = 5.60 Sell at $7.50 each Paypal for $7.50 = .60 7.5 - .60 = 6.90 Shipping thru paypal with Delivery Conformation .77 6.90 - .77 = 6.13 Padded Envelope and packing tape = .16 per order 6.13 - .16 = 5.97 5.97 -5.90 = .37 So make .37 each times 750 = $277.50 If I keep 50 for myself 50 * 5.6 = $280.00 cost There fore I am out $2.50 and have 50 coins. Kwel! This assumption is selling one coin at a time. But still in no way do I make 2 times the cost! Just my humble opinion. I'm sure others have a different opinion and that is a good thing.
  7. If this isThe Coin then it is trackable and made in 2006.
  8. If you have to use a 2 wheeled hand truck to get your collection out to the car to go a coin event....You might be a Geocoinicker

  19. OooPPS!!!!!! I didn't see that Kat6 was logged in. So as She doesn't have 30 posts. I'm In !!!!
  20. On my Breast Cancer Ribbon coin here was my drop out rate. On the non personalized coins zero drop out. On the engraved or personalized I had 8 coins dropped. They were an order on 1, an order of 2 and an order of 5 coins. Not bad 650 coins 8 drops. I did have to remake 5 coins that I had sent in the wrong words to engrave, and 1 coin that the person who ordered sent the wrong date to engrave. You can see the coin by hitting on the link in my sig line if you wish.
  21. We will begin selling the 2007 Georgia Geocoin soon, the 3rd coin in the series. We have ordered and paid for 750. There seems to be a demand for state coins. I can remember when geocoins were first starting we sold 1000 of the Ontario coin un 41 minutes. We also sold 1000 of the 2006 Georgia coins in 22 minutes and 350 of the LE Peach in les than a minute! As it was stated, those days are forever gone!
