I'm trying to build a gadget that I have seen done many times, but can not figure out what the compnet I need would be called. The type of gadget am tring to buld is: The cacher puts several betteries into the cache (The power might be selfcontained though). Then, they check their phone wifi networks and a geocaching wifi network shows up. When they click on the network it takes them to a page with the code to the cache on it. I think these caches don't autually give any wifi though. Does anyone know how I would go about building something like this, and what the compnet I would need would be called? Thanks for any ideas!

I can understand this point, but I won't believe that these caches are bad untill all of the WVtime gadgets get taken down!

Love these ideas. Here’s mine: a normal bird house where you have to pull the Perch. However when you do so, the bottom swings open with no container. Then, you have to push the perch back in, hit a release and then the co tai we drops out. the trick of this one is that there is a stopper on the bottom part that swings out when the bottom drops out. Then, I had to painfully make a sideways release. I’m sure you could do it with an easier Meath of though. that’s the idea I have for now. Pics coming soon

I have a cache that is about 30+ feet up a very sticky pinetree! Like someone else said, I don't geocache to stay clean. The decision is yours, but I think a tree climb makes things even better!

Hello! I have a kind of random question. I have always loved the pixel art on the 2020 lackey coin, and on some reviewer and lackey profiles. I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a website or service I could use to make a pixel art like this. Ideas?

Yes! I can agree with that! Only, not as extreme. We only have about 6 in our area! More would be great! Hmm. All of the ALs in my neck of the woods are very high quality and teach a lot.

Hello! I have hidden my fare-share of puzzles and found them as well. I ususally have tons of ideas for puzzle caches, but have hit a puzzle block. I am working on a holiday geo-art that will launch on demeber 24th in Iowa. The geo-art is small and consists of 20 caches, however, I am running out of ideas for puzzles for the caches and need some ideas. I have read other forums, and have seen mostly negativity about asking. Please do not post things, saying I shouldn't be doing this if I don't have puzzle ideas. P.S.
