I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT ABOUT THE SALE !! I had a note taped to my computer, but for some reason I didn't check email right before bed last night and forgot about it. Just remembered about 10 AM this morning. If anyone has an extra that they'd like to trade, please email me.

Here is my list: 1. Go to Point Barrow, Alaska (the northernmost point in the US). (I've been to Alaska before, but didn't make it above the Arctic Circle. I've also been to the southernmost point in the US, so that's another reason why I'd like to go to the northernmost point). 2. Take a very long vacation all around the country in a motorhome. 3. Find a geocache in every state. (Which would also mean taking a cruise to Hawaii because I don't want to fly). 4. Visit Australia. (again without flying) 5. Do something to help homeless dogs (and other small animals).

Wow, what an accomplishment !! CONGRATULATIONS ON 9000 FINDS !!!!

This is my cache, and if you're going WEST on I-80, you've got to go to Exit 4 and turn around, then go EAST for 2 miles to the cache location, find the cache, then continue going EAST another 6 miles to the next exit to turn around and go back WEST. All in all, this would add 16 miles onto your trip. That is unless he parked illegally on the westbound side of I-80 and ran across the highway and up into the rest area and continued another 1/4 mile up the hill. I plan on driving to the cache sometime in the next week or so (depending upon weather) and checking out the logbook. This is definitely suspicious.

Package Received - 10/21/08 I received my mission a few days ago, but I was having trouble with my digital camera (that's why the first picture is blurry), and didn't post until today. My package came all the way from Sweden. Thank you fiabus (Karin). I received all sorts of goodies. Lots of spooky spiders were scattered about the box, along with some cute little trinkets, some spooky Halloween candy, pumpkin and train (love these) stickers, Halloween mask, balloons, and of course, some geocoins. Received an Appalachian Trail Final coin and a Honk if you Love Geocaching coin (love this coin). Thanks so much for the Halloween Mission package. My daughter and I had a fun time going through everything and of course the geocoins are great and I will add them to my collection. Happy Halloween to everyone!

Here is a picture back from March 2008. We just got our new 2008 Jeep Wrangler X and my daughter (Stellar Jr), wanted to to find a cache called "The Landmine". So off, we went, down the rough road full of giant potholes and lots of MUD PUDDLES. Here's a picture of the Jeep going through one of the mud puddles. We had a lot of fun driving down the road to do this cache. My daughter is always begging me to go back here whenever we're in the area. The Jeep is the ultimate cachemobile for us and we've been to alot of places where no regular car would want to go.

I don't have any pictures of an ancient site here on Earth, but I do have a picture that I took of the moon through my telescope. The moon is over 4 billion years old, so I guess that could be considered ancient. This is an image of the moon just slighly before the last quarter phase. You can see many of the craters and the terminator line (line between light and darkness)

I just counted 19 caches in my area of Pennsylvania (Monroe County and surrounding areas) that had been archived because of this. (And there's probably more).
