After upgrading to FireFox 39.0.3, I can no longer see anything on the map page but the search block on the side . The other side of the screen is totally blank. Anyone else had this happen? Also, the page does absolutely when anything is clicked on.

As someone else succinctly commented...... NEW SEARCH SYSTEM SUCKS! I entered a cache number and got a list of 140 caches, NONE OF WHICH WAS THE ONE I ASKED FOR.

Thanks, bcrockcrawler. I did that, but lost the satellite tab. I guess I'll stay with the Google selection, but at least I know how to pick one of the other maps when I need to.

When I open gc.com and look at the map page before signing in, there are about 15 maps to choose from. After I sign in, there are no choices at all. I can only switch between 'map' and 'satellite'. I'm using Win 7 and Firefox 21. How do I get the choices?

You'd have to know the 2 cachers who did it to know why they did it! They have several other locations with 2, 3 or 4 caches stacked!

More fodder for this discussion: Check out GC42290 for newbie with no finds placing caches with coords off 700' and more. This cache would never have been approved with correct coords since the actual location is ~300' from one existing cache and ~400' from another. Then look at the logs for his other 3 hides!

The problem still exists despite several Groundspeak maintenance processes since I first posted this!

I'm on Win 7 and FF 15.0. I can see all 25 in the bubble that pops up during hover, but when I click the spot, the box limits viewing to 'x of 5 nearby results'.

At N 32° 46.947 W 097° 27.356, there are 25 caches stacked up. The map viewing box allows only the first 5 to be viewed. GCMTCM is the top of the stack.

What is the limit on distance for moving an existing cache before it should be archived and a new one created to take its place.
