Hi all. Happy new year. I need a little help. Has anyone found a program to work with Medion Navigator ( mitac mio 168 Aldi special ) for Geocaching. Have looked at several but not found anything that I like. In a nutshell, I'd like a unit to read from .loc or .gpx file. Take a cache, show on a compass directions and maybe distance. What do you use ?

Hi. Good luck with your Geocaching. Couple of questions, Did you buy Pocket PC from Aldi UK in November. Are you sure its Mio Map cos mine is Medion Navigator. Other than that I seem to have same problem. Will take a look at the program you found uk_wanderer Lincolnshire UK.

Yes it will use other aerial via socket on rear. And you missed em. My local store sold 15 in 15 minuets.

I got my Medion MDPPC150 from Aldi on Thursday morning. Very very pleased with it.Addresses can be found from my contacts list.Routing is very good.Did 8 calls on Friday morning and never touch a map all day.Little quirks like take left fork and then reapear on original road a mile further on are acceptable.Signal strength is nearly always 6 GPS. Still sorting through the net for additional programs. I did buy a Palm bundle for same price.Could not get on with the method of putting in addresses, however it did bring me across the back of beyond in Kent a 3 in the morning without reading a single sign post.
