  1. Hi all Have myself a venture and am very impressed. Just a few little silly things. Have hooked it upto the serial port of my PC but PC cann't see it, cann't upload from GSAK. IS there anyway to find out what software version it is, is it worth the hassel of the upgrade for the garmin site (if my PC finds GPS!!!!) Also, have a few tracks from when i went out for walks, how do I get rid of them (bet its in manual somewhere) Thanx very much in advance and mery christmas to you all. Ian
  2. Evening Everyone Another question Have GSAK with a full data base and AutoRoute2002 coverd in Black pegs! Is there any way when I put a route in AutoRoute it only marks the one within a spec distance from route? Can these be somehow imported into GSAK to find the details, or is it just a case of clicking them in Route and pasteing the name into the search box? Also, when i set a centre point in GSAK, can the fields direction and distance both be set, for example, closest and N etc? These are probably simple things to the cleverer out there. Thanks Ian
