  1. Have you tried reloading the cache into your gps? Maybe a small error occured during the loading process.
  2. When you say installed do you mean installed do you mean the topo maps are in your gps?
  3. They are such similar units it is tough to call. But the Oregon 400t did get Backpackers all around editors choice if that helps. http://www.backpacker.com/garmin_oregon_400t/gear/12697
  4. I am sure street view has captured lots of geocachers. Just hard to tell the difference between someone walking and someone possibly geocaching.
  5. I am also very new to caching. The coolest I have ever found would have to be the first geocoin my brother and I found. It was pretty exciting for us.
  6. You might also want to check the sporting goods section. Where I live they have camo hockey tape.
  7. I cannot let winter hold me back from geocaching. I just dress up warm put the gaitors on and find a nice parking spot where I won't get stuck. Mostly try to go for winter friendly caches but because of the low number of caches around my area I sometimes go for others.
  8. When I bought my Oregon 400t I noticed it had a little Geocaching button in it, dug into it a little deeper and ever since than my brother and I have become hooked.
  9. Sorry if this question has been asked before, I couldn't find anything in my searches. I bought a Travel Bug and I see it has a "copy" tag along with another tag, is this meant to be kept in my possession? If so, why give me a copy? Thanks
