  1. Thanks, actually I had a really old version of easyGPS - just had to download the latest version which supports my gpsr.
  2. I just picked up the Garmin eTrex VistaC - but EasyGPS doesn't support any units that connect using a USB cable. Which software does? Thanks! Team P.
  3. ... it is in fact the eTrex Legend (BW screen), my avatar has a picture of super mario bros. video game in place of the actual gps screen.
  4. No Problem I will also accept 12 beaver pelts and 10 lbs of Moose Steaks. Team P.
  5. Amazon's price is $169.99 CAD for the Unit and the carry case - I'd like to get $140. One year old, gently used. Open to offers. There are plenty of places that sell this unit for a lot more - and a lot less. Team P.
  6. $140 is what I'd sell for. Includes: -Computer connect wire -Brand New protector case with belt clip View for image Let me know.

  8. Anybody interested in their TB travelling to Costa Rica? I'm heading there on Christmas day for two weeks, planning on hitting a bunch of caches while I'm there. Drop your TB's in caches near N 43° 35.841 W 079° 37.817 and I'll pick them up! Cheers! TP.
  9. Great stuff guys thanks! I didn't think of searching previous posts - new forum user, and actually didn't know I could do that. Much appreciated.
  10. I'm posting to find out how others query caches to download when they are planning a trip. I am taking a road trip from Toronto, ON to Lake Placid, NY and would like to load my pda and gps full of caches along the route. Just wondering if anybody has any tips on querying out caches along a route, possibly with a buffer zone so as not to deal with 'out of the way' caches that aren't directly along the route. It'd be great if Geocaching.com would implement a spatial query tool on their maps to allow the user to create a polygon and select all caches within that polygon, or draw a line on a map and query out all caches along that line within a buffer. All thoughts and ideas are welcomed!! Thanks! Team P.
  11. That's GREAT! I'm about to do the same thing with my girlfriend/geocaching partner! I thought that it would be an original idea, but looks like geocachers think alike! congratulations!
