  1. You can also use an ipod if you have one. I use mine and its great. I never thought of the Ipod I may have to try that. Thanks
  2. I'm curious. After you park your vehicle, how many caches do you typically search for before you return to your vehicle? I usually only go to one unless there are multiples in the area
  3. My question is should I print out the cordinates pages for the cache or is better to just keep a notebook for the area I am going too? I am not able to download the cordinates to my explorist 100 so that isn't a option.
  4. I am a hunter and a geocacher the one thing that comes to mind was were you wearing orange clothing or just normalclothes and coat. I have had times when hunting that bird watchers, joggers and people just out to enjoy the state forest or game lands like I am. When you are hunting ie for deer and someone comes into your area wearing their nice warm brown barn jacket and crunching through the leaves. It could end bad! They may scare the real prey away which can tick you off after being in an area since before sun rise being as quiet as possible and someone comes and messes that area up for you at least for awhile. But other hunters do that too. I don't like thinking about possibly killing someone because they are just out to have fun. The thing to do is wear orange if you see a hunter first leave and come back another time unless it is something you can find in a few seconds. As much as we have the right to look for a cache the hunter has a right hunt. If you were looking for a cache and I came upon you while I was hunting I would quietly leave you alone and because you were there first>It just needs to be a little mutural respect.
