  1. Hi fellow Lurkers! I'm Stacey, and consider myself a lurker. While I don't read posts daily like some others do, I stop by on a weekly basis or so. Like many others, I don't usually reply on forums because of a lack of knowledge, and because I don't really want to get chewed out if I say something thats not exactly right.. well and I wouldn't want to say something thats not right and give someone else bad advice! haha Thanks for reading, and giving all us a chance to introduce ourselves!
  2. The GPX option is only available for premium members (paying members. $30 a yr)
  3. It's unlikely that the Garmin upload facility will be compatible with your brand of GPSr. Also, the LOC download contains very limited information. The GPX download is much more detailed, and well worth the premium membership if you use it regularly. Darn and double darn! well I guess I know what I'm asking for for christmas, haha Thanks for your help!!
  4. Also I noticed when I look at the properties for the waypoints, it only has the waypoint name and the coordinates, it does not show D/T ratings or descriptions logs and stuff. is that just because I'm not a premium member and have to use the LOC version? or am I doing something wrong here?
  5. Yep, that was a bug. Download wasn't working for USB GPSrs. I've fixed the bug and the latest release is available for download from http://sourceforge.net/projects/cachemagnet. Brian I'm having a sorta similar problem, but I think its because my GPSr isn't a garmin or magellan. I have a Lowrance Endura, is there something I'm doing wrong or will it just not work cause I don't have those model GPSr's? my error message reads: Sending waypoints to garmin GPSr on port usb: [ERROR] SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces: No more data is available. Is the Garmin USB unit number 0 powered up and connected? Is it really a USB unit? If it's serial, don't choose USB, choose serial.[ERROR] Get_Time: Unknown date/time protocol GARMIN:Can't init usb: Done.
  6. Hi I have an Endura Out&Back as well, I had a few questions about it as well. Did your guys' come with the USB to miniUSB cord? Mine did not, and when I tried to hook it up to my computer, nothing popped up and was not shown as a device connected to my computer. It did however switch from battery powered to USB powered. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone know how I can fix it? Do I need a different USB and if so, which one?
  7. I don't really know if anyone has mentioned this... but I believe a guy out in my hometown put 10,000 cash in one.. at least thats how he made it sound. but I guess he split it up for FTF STF TTF and so on... here's the link: The Queen
