  1. I used to go looking for small objects in the woods with no more than a map and compass. There were even unique stamps at each site to prove that you went there. I plotted the direction on the map, adjusted from grid to magnetic north, measured the distance(I like to go straight there), and started walking. My pace count was and still is 60 paces for 100 meters. That was back when I was in the Army, a few years before I ever heard of geocaching. I currently live in Honduras, where Geocaching isn't real big, so I haven't ever got to find a real cache. But when I go back home, I'll try to find all the caches in my local area. "His name is Robert Paulson."
  2. As a duly sworn law enforcement officer, I have to break it to you.... if I ask you for ID, you will need to produce it for me. If you can not or will not provide ID, I can consider you to be impeding my investigation and will take you to jail where you will be booked and through the use of fingerprints and other methods, we will attempt to ID you. Trust me, I'm not out to violate anyones' civil rights, but you do have to provide identification should I request it during a lawful investigation. Typcially this ID will be government issued i.e. driver's license or state issued ID card. Happy geocaching! As a citizen, when I ask for your ID, are you required to present it?
  3. I have had a little yellow for almost a year and a half now. I just learned about GeoCaching a couple of days ago, I am already having dreams about doing some cool hunting. I bought my 'Little Yellow' at the PX here in Honduras for $120.00, and I used it when I was on the Search And Rescue (SAR) team. Just abouth the coolest 'Gadget' that I own.
