I support the suggestion

First of all I agree on checking the log would be the first step before contacting the finder. Having said that I can understand that the OP is suspicious to see an empty log from someone situated so far from his cache. Being a European myself I would certainly make sure to point out in my log where I come from.

I'm one of the other users renelm are referring to. I use Safari on OS/X.
