I just had this problem this morning. Changed out batteries and it would/could no longer acquire sats. I removed the new batts and re-inserted a couple of times. No change. Batt level showing full. Before calling Garmin (it's a gpsmap 64st only 2 weeks since purchase) I tried another set of new batts and it worked!? Very confusing. Regards Michael
