  1. Warren, We are having trouble with our update kit. We had ordered one in November and updated our unit. It worked the first time then the red light on the update kit would not come on the second time we attempted to update. We contacted you and you sent a replacement update kit to us and I returned the first one. The replacement kit we have used about 3 times. I plugged it into do an update today and I am having the same issue that I did the first time - the red light is not on and the update page says that it is unable to connect. Any ideas? Thanks!
