  3. Great looking coin! Would like to order three and hope you ship to Germany. For shipping could also give you the address of friends in Sioux City if this is the better option. Albatross1901
  4. What a nice coin. Ordered as instructed. Albatross1901
  5. Great coin. My order 1 silver and 2 bronze. See mail. Albatross1901
  6. Bravo Christian et mes feliciations, c'est la site Geocaching la plus interessante que j'ai jamais trouvè et qui peut servir comme un model pour toutes les associations. Merci et bon chance! Wolf aka Albatross1901
  7. Not only US folks feel with the victims of this terrible hurricane. Living in Germany where we do not have such natural disasters it is hard to imagine how within a few hours you can loose everthing. My thoughts are with all those suffering from losses. Good luck to all! Albatross1901
  8. Best way to find a team partner: Check in Buxleys nearby caches and e-mail the owner. They live usually in the neighbourhood and are in most cases happy to help - even if they have logged sisters already. I found this way a partner in Finland and had the photos within three days. Albatross1901
  9. I start mine with a virtual log from the cache nearest to my home coordinates so that the TB has the full mileage from the very beginning. Do not think this is against the etiquette. Read about a buddy cacher who proudly dropped his TB in a cache near his holiday ressort on another continent and was surprised that the miles from home have not been counted. Albatross1901
  10. @ fauntimes, a nice and friendly proposal but should it work this way its like - as we have a proverb in Germany - finding a needle in the haystack Do this cache the normal way and try to find a teampartner with your coord. However, don't search for the wrong one. Your handle FAUNTIMES translates to 32.86.846 and based on the rules the result is 33.26.846. You can check the cities of the world with the link in the cache description and when you have identified a city with N, E, S or W coord. similar to your 33.26 go to Buxley's Geocaching Waypoint and search on the map of the country to get nearer. It's easy to contact a cacher buddy having placed a cache nearby and having a lot of logs which may be a guarantee that he becomes active teaming with you. I would not recommend to start at N 33.20 Bagdad/Iraq. Chances may be low but South Africa could be an option for you. Don't like to spoil the fun so the rest is up to you. Albatross1901
  11. Thanks Stum, please check details for this locationless cache directly in Sisters Walldorf/Germany is a sister city of Astoria/Oregon. Take a photo of welcome sign, sign with reference to Walldorf/Germany as sister city, or anything special at least one with GPS. Mail me your photos and info and I will do the same for Walldorf. You log Waldorf and I log Astoria and we have made a lacationless cache with difficulty 5. Looks as if you are very active in this area and I hope we can make it. Albatross1901
  12. Looking for a team partner for "Sisters" a cache (diffic. 5) where two cachers post photos of welcome sign etc. from a twin city received from his counter-part. Astoria/Orgeon is twinned with Walldorf Germany. I have coordinates and photos ready. Anyone in the area interested? Albatross1901
