  1. I have had to send out another batch of emails to people holding onto my TBs. The good news is that one of them (in the USA) has finally responded and released my TB, having had it for two years (and moved it 3 miles!). At least it's back on the road, so don't give up hope!
  2. Peterborough here, but know St Neots area fairly well. There are also lots of cachers in your local area (including Huntingdon), but not too many come on here..
  3. Superb- well done! I guess we must be amongst the few who have been with you when you have logged a DNF!
  4. Thanks Nick - at least it's not just me (I was beginning to think it was). Russ
  5. It's back up working for me too, although I can't see any intermediate waypoints (e.g. quoted parking co-ords) like I used to be able to. These stopped working for me a day or so ago (using Firefox 3.6.6, Map Sub v1.3.4). Anyone have similar problems?
  6. I'm pretty sure these coins came with the code included. Try contacting: http://northboundtradingcompany.com/shop/ - that's where I think I bought mine from. HTH. Russ
  7. In case people aren't aware, it would appear that itsnotaboutthenumbers.com is no more The site has been up and down of late, so if you have been relying on the site for your caching stats map, here's the info: http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=253013 Russ
  8. Try here: http://shop.geoswag.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/geocache.html Russ
  9. That was I was hoping this new feature might do (but sadly not). You can drop multiple coins in one go, so it would be so handy to likewise be able to pick them up
  10. A heads-up folks. Coins now back on sale at geocoinshop.de Russ
  11. I've had the same problem today - trying to run some PQs that I created a couple of weeks ago - containing 1000 caches, which both ran ok last time. These have not run, so obviously no email notification and no new download available. I've created copies of them which have run fine, so got round the problem that way for the time being...
  12. I can help with the Europe shipping if you need any. Chipper Thanks Chipper!
  13. Would you be willing to mail over to Europe?
  14. Quite a number of coins that sell out at geocoinshop.de eventually come back into stock, although perhaps not in all metals. I guess if they are successful, a number of remints are made. I missed this one too (well, that's not quite true - as the cheapest shipping is over 6 Euros, I tend to wait until there's several coins I want and then order them all together, in the meantime these sold out!). Russ
  15. Yes, it says "accellerate" on the back. I did notify C&P yesterday, but not sure what's going to be done with the coins people have already bought..
  16. I have to say though, that I'm rather disappointed to have bought some of these coins at $12 each, only to find they were on open sale a couple of days later at one of the larger coin vendors at $9.97 Perhaps "we have a limited number of these coins available, then they will be sold out" just referred to the stock at the sited linked to, rather than generally, and I had jumped the gun..
  17. I'm getting exactly the same here. In particular, if I select a cache and attempt to look at the thumbnailed gallery images, these take an age to finally load. For example, the cache I have just viewed took 3-4 minutes to load the thumbnails, and there's only three of them. It's perhaps worth mentioning that I'm also using Firefox (v3.6.3). Russ
  18. Something's certainly going a bit crazy - I have two scheduled PQs set for today and the first has come through three times and the second one has arrived four times
  19. Guys, I did have similar concerns about my coin not arriving here in England. However, it did arrive safely a few days ago, but given that pretty much all of the coins were dispatched by Feb 9th, can only assume that there's perhaps some unusual delay in the post from Holland, as (from experience) post to England from Europe tends to arrive in roughly 4 days. (However, during this time, I did still receive other coins from both Germany and Switzerland well within a week). I wouldn't worry too much - I suspect they will arrive within the next few days, given my experience. Well worth waiting for though! Russ
  20. Yes, but wouldn't it be a bit odd entering a competition called "Tell Groundspeak why you like being a PM", when you aren't one?
  21. Yes. It looks like it's down as I tried running mine an hour ago and nothing has arrived There's some similar comments in the Geocaching.com web site forum, but not sure if it's being looked into.
  22. Yep, cheers Jon, looks like I might have to do just that. I thought it was a bit odd though that the different formats appeared to contain a differing amount of YOSMs! Cheers, Russ
