Denomynator

I have an iPhone 6S and have had this problem for over a month now. I'm a standard member. The app does not respond when I tap any kind of cache on the map. This happens randomly so sometimes I can open caches. Closing the app and reopening it doesn't have any effect. Shutting down my phone and rebooting it doesn't work either. It's so frustrating! Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?
