Garmin in Uk will NOT help me with a repair. We all know that this is a major problem with this unit. Shame on them!!! Have updated to etrex 30, and repaired the old legend with Gorilla glue!!

Hi, I have a Garmin Etrex Legend Hcx. Great machine. My problem comes when I load caches from PC. All goes ok until the first page is full of caches. When I try and load a further cache, I get a screen with letters and numbers prompting me to enter something. The only way to get rid of this is to put the curser on OK and then press enter. The screen goes away and the new cache is entered ok. The same thing happens when I enter the next cache. I can live with this , but it really bugs me. Can get rid of this screen ? Help please.
