I think this is just one small Mayor in one small town narrow mindedly protecting his small park. I'm sure he could be won over if it was worth it. He probably had a fight with his wife or girlfriend and was in a poor state of mind mad at the world. Just remember: As of today, there are 250451 active caches in 221 countries.

Three days is the guide time but it’s a lot of work and they are volunteers and there are a lot of new caches and patients is a virtue.

The two caches just outside of Milford PA are both virtuals. I just assumed that it was illegal to place a cache on State Lands. Who knew.

I started collecting before I was a teenager. And I still collect! It just seems that the stuff I collect now is more expensive than it used to be.

I think if it has been in a cache than it's a geocoin. If not it's not. Than the line gets real gray because an eBay un-activated coin is not a geocoin until it's activated and placed in a cache. Same coin, different state or time in its life. So you really got to get your noodle around the idea that a new coin is not a geocoin until it is placed in service.
