Can anyone tell me what POTB means?

I am trying to do a PQ of all my finds, but it needs to include events I have attended, even if they are archived. How do I do that?

I am trying to solve a pirate puzzle cache. I found the four posted caches. Each cache had a waypoint in the cache which I then entered in my gps route page. I think the route is supposed to form an X on the screen and the final pirate treasure is at the intersection. I can get the X but I don't know how to pinpoint the exact intersection to get the final waypoint. Any help?
